The brand partnership and social media manager of the restaurant Laura Schulte had told the Bored Panda in one of their interviews that the signboard was first put by their original owner about 2 decades ago in order to promote the restaurant and to put hilarious quotes.

And now the restaurant receives quotes from people all around the world and as Laura has said, the staff picks what to be put up.

As the KXAN-TV has said, when ABC13 had called the one who answered had confirmed the news. Gilberto Camacho had said that it was stolen and at least as far as he knows that was what the manager had told him.

Later On the restaurant had shared a video where Gov. Greg Abbott shows concern about the missing signboard by which the news had taken a new turn. Abbott had said that he said alcohol to go not the signs and that the sign is missing and we must find it. And that he is skiing the DPS to help in finding the sign.

Anyhow the viewers had noticed that the video was recorded on another day as they had seen him on ABC13 live streaming along the Texas border at the same time the video was tweeted.

Later El Arroyo had posted an Instagram post revealing the signboard. It had been relocated in conjunction with a promotion with the drinkware and cooler-maker Yeti. And they had posted saying Y’all fell hard for that one huh? Cooling the followers.
