Sylvie Facon, a French designer, is renowned for her intricated fairytale-like gowns. Falcon’s attention to detail would steal any catwalk, as she creates dresses that seem to be works of fiction at first glance. These one-of-a-kind gowns are made from the spines of ancient books or even a real violin, and they’re unlike anything you’ve ever seen! Indeed, one of her most renowned gowns is inspired by the old town of Arras in France.
Hommage à Arras (French for “Homage to Arras”) is a stunning gown adorned with lace and pearls that embodies the elegance of French history and fashion. Further, Falcon aims to create incredibly feminine, delicate, and precise dresses and is inspired by nature, fairytales, and women’s figures.
