This woman is none other than a decorated Para Olympic medal winner; Jessica Long. Jessica has been parking on a handicapped parking spot on 13th January this year, got assumed that she didn’t need the space even after she produced her handicap parking permit.

She has been posting on her social media accounts that this was nothing new to her. She went on addressing the fact that it is a usual occurrence that she has to deal with almost every time she goes out.
Jessica takes her fight onto social media.
Jessie was born with ‘Fibular Hemimelia’. This caused her to be born without several bones in her lower legs including the Fibula bones. Her adoptive parents decided that she should be amputated, so she can fit into prosthetics and help her to get on with the life to come.
Jessica Long did more than well in her life. She won 3 gold medals in her debut Para Olympic Games in 2004 in Swimming. Being the youngest US member at the time at the age of 12, she didn’t let her disability take her down. She continued to go out to the public on social media, hoping to seal the social gap between the mass crowd and the disabled community.
The Medal Winner, Jessica Long.
Jessica is determined to end the social criticism that overwhelms people with disabilities that even she herself faces since she doesn’t ‘look’ disabled. She is a real inspiration to everyone around the world not just as a medal winner at Para Olympics but as a human who faces the problems every single day she goes out.
