Women are a very lovely aspect of creation. They are stunning, powerful, and brave individuals that make the best of every circumstance they find themselves in. With all that is good about women, the concept of ‘womanhood’ should be honored worldwide.
In her latest picture series, She, a book, this Lebanese-American photographer honors women. Meet Rania Matar, a Middle Eastern-American photographer based in the United States. Her initiative focuses on women in their twenties. She meets interviews and pictures young ladies from both the United States and her homeland.
This photo series is inspired by young women and their tales, as well as the fact that women all around the world have incredible stories to tell.
One of the most important objectives of her initiative was to dispel the misconceptions that she encountered while identifying as a Middle-Eastern lady. Her kids gave her the idea to photograph the beauty of growing-up ladies. Women from all nations are much more than their dress, traditions.
And all that the world seems on the surface, despite the countries, traditions, and preconceptions people have in their thoughts. She meets and pictures the models she photos in every nation regularly as they develop and evolve throughout time. Matar feels that following these young women on their journey through life will be a fascinating experience.
This is a fascinating and moving photo collection that has also been converted into a photo book.
