Nicole Dextras, a British-Colombian-based artist, creates stunning installations, giving them a frozen look. Her floral bouquet design shows that she had to rethink things, and it is a work inspired by fiction. She had only used a refrigerator in Alberta and a bottle filled with water. She used the 1940s and 1950s costumes for this amazing design. There were about 15 used clothes. In a few days, the fabric of the clothes should have cooled well.
Once the clothes were well frozen in ice, she fitted out of beautiful fabrics and subtle details found in nature. It was over within days of a successful explosion. The talented artist told My Modern Met that he made it look like a wonderful plant brought from the underworld. Significantly, it was warned that it was more like a ‘Venus’ flight trap than Valentine’s feeling. On the other hand, it t is truly amazing how an artist’s creativity and the freezing process of nature can create such wonderful art.
