Jennifer George, a resident of San Diego County, enjoyed watching the wild animals that sometimes wandered into her yard. She decided to put some water out for a family of coyote pups one day in 2019, and she believed she could use it to conceal a camera so she could get a closer look at the animals, thus beginning a habit that she maintains to this day.
Jennifer began with little more than a metal bowl, which rapidly became a favorite of the local fauna. She eventually settled on a more sophisticated design that included a giant bowl and a solar-powered fountain. She used the concealed camera to photograph various wildlife throughout the years, ranging from colorful birds to cuddly bobcats.
