You’ve arrived at your destination. That’s how you’re welcomed when you arrive in a remote part of the Nevada desert for the annual Burning Man event, where natural meets fantastical.
The festival began in 2014 for photographer Victor Habchy: “I just packed my bags and toured the globe to join this beautiful event.” In an interview, he said, “I came alone, but let me say you something: I never felt lonely for a second.”
“Never in my lifetime have I felt more love, more freedom, and more self-expression than during the week when that piece of desert is converted into the most bizarre environment where everything goes.” This site collects all that remains of human hopes and utopias, as well as how, through each of our own means, we might work together to make a better world.”
“I saw beauty in everyone, and I regarded myself as beautiful as well.” I’ve shared a lot, and I’ve been surrounded by pleasure, freedom, and love. People claim you can’t put into words how you feel during this event. “However, the first thing they said to me when I arrived is still pertinent to explain how my week went: ‘Welcome home.'”
