Hanna Baker is a High Point, North Carolina-based artist, and owner of Platypus Murals. Since 2007, she has been creating and hand-painting extraordinarily complex murals for homes and businesses, but recently took on a personal endeavor — decorating her younger sister’s room.
“I like painting and am constantly on the lookout for new opportunities!” “I really like transforming whole rooms,” the artist said. “As a result, when my younger sisters requested me to paint their room, I wanted to create something they’d like,” Hannah said that they are all fans of The Legend of Zelda, and the stunning open-world environment of Breath of the Wild appeared to be the ideal theme for the space. Her sisters assisted her in preparing the walls and ceiling, which the artist painted over the following three weeks. “I even included glow-in-the-dark components!” the artist said.
