In an Instagram flashback, Chloe Sims appeared unrecognizable, attempting to convince admirers that she hadn’t undergone a nose operation. The TOWIE actress was having a Q&A session with followers on her Instagram stories when one of them questioned if she had ever undergone rhinoplasty. Chloe, 39, was eager to react to the query, attempting to end rumors about her operation once and for all. She responded with a photo of herself at 16, denying that she had ever had any surgery done on her nose.

She expressed herself as follows: “No way!! This irritates me greatly. This was me when I was sixteen years old.” Chloe has been open about her use of cosmetic treatments in the past. The Essex babe recently chose to have some of her fillers dissolved to achieve a more natural look. Chloe opted to share her transformation with her fans by releasing a series of updates as she regained her natural beauty.
“So I decided to remove my fillers… the first shot is before, the second is without filler, and the third is my more natural appearance,” she stated at the time.
“I’m delighted with how I’ve toned everything down, and as you know, I believe it’s essential to be honest about things like this.” It’s my personal choice, which gives me confidence. Vogue Aesthetics, thank you.”
Chloe previously denied having any facial surgery, claiming that Botox and fillers are not the same things as genuine surgery.
“I’ve just had to delete some remarks on my social media,” she explained. How many times can I repeat that I haven’t undergone any facial surgery?
“The structure of your face’s bones is being altered through surgery. Yes, I’ve had aesthetic procedures, but that isn’t surgery.”
While she admits to having surgery on other parts of her body, including two breast jobs to go from a 34B to a 34EE and two Brazilian butt lifts, Chloe has slammed critics who claim she has had facial surgery in the past.
Especially, she remarked at the time: “‘She needs to get her mental health evaluated; she’s got too much plastic surgery on her face,’ people keep saying. ‘You’ve got too much Botox, and you can’t move your lips,’ one lady says.
“You’re not allowed to have Botox in your lips, you scumbag—what a humiliating situation. I would disown them if it were one of my family.
“With this expression, I’m able to get by. My appearance is appealing to me. So there you have it.”
