Caitlin Miller, a 17-year-old student from South Shields, shared on Facebook about the $ 30 cut. She wrote on Facebook that anyone afraid of dogs and fireworks could get a pair of old socks instead of using stress straps and cut off the ends and put them tightly on their heads.
