As we can see a large number of photos and videos of birds on the internet today, there’s a specialty here. Jocelyn Anderson, a bird photographer uses various techniques that are unique to herself when capturing pictures of birds. Although there’s a large amount of her work, the uniqueness of her work is highlighted by the videos of her feeding birds on her palm in slow motion.
There are two uses of using slow-mo, that is the birds look amazing when they are slowed on film and second which is a very practical reason, the birds act fast which makes the photographer harder to see what their action is at an average speed.
The outcome is very interesting, amazing, and kind of relaxing. Ever thought of seeing birds eating would be so satisfying?

Red-bellied Woodpecker
Jocelyn the photographer had an interview with Bored Panda where she explained all the details,“she started capturing photos of birds 5 years ago. She thought that capturing photos of birds would be fun when she took walks on local nature paths. She recalls watching the bird’s were bouncing ball, which she discovered later was a kinglet. I was enchanted instantly by this small bird and the difficulty of capturing the perfect clip of him.

“Something beautiful about bird photography is that it creates an everlasting bond between nature and the photographer; once you master the way to listen and watch, the more nature will share with you. Images that are far from the human eye and images that run too fast can be captured by the camera giving an original look to the picture. She further says that she’s so much obsessed with the knowledge, beauty, and the stunts of these beautiful birds.”
